You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@velyntisari.com. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and Velyntisari.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty days, either party may pursue resolution through mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed, or through competent courts as a final resort.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Velyntisari regarding your use of the platform.

14.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Use due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
